• Account details such as your email address, display name, and sign-in records.
• Profile, vessel, passage, credential, and availability details you choose to provide.
• Messages, Passage Briefs, revisions, reports, blocks, and moderation records.
• Store listing submissions, seller links, publication dates, and measured listing views or outbound clicks.
• Payment and invoice status for paid KeelBridge services. Payment providers handle full card details; KeelBridge does not store them.
• Basic device, security, and product-usage information needed to operate and protect the service.

How we use information

We use information to create accounts, publish the content you authorize, coordinate passages, support moderation, provide paid services, measure whether features work, prevent misuse, and communicate about your account or requests.

Approximate public locations are used for discovery. KeelBridge does not publish a vessel's exact live GPS position through the public chart.

Cookies and service providers

Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect account sessions. Limited analytics help us understand page use and listing performance. Hosting, database, authentication, email, analytics, and payment providers process information only as needed to support those services.

KeelBridge does not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Public content and external links

Information you publish in a profile, passage, vessel page, or approved Store listing can be seen by other people. Ship's Store links open a seller's site; the seller controls its own checkout and privacy practices.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and maintain safety and moderation records. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You can update much of your account information in KeelBridge. To request access, correction, deletion, or help with privacy choices, email beau@keelbridge.net. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law or service integrity requires it.

Age and policy changes

KeelBridge is intended for adults age 18 and older. If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate.
